I started playing basketball at the age of 5 and my love for the game developed while growing up watching my mom and dad play in the schoolyards in NY. Both my parents played basketball at Christ the King Regional H.S. in Queens, NY. My mom moved on to play basketball at Adelphi University and my dad played baseball at St. John’s University. Since second grade I have played travel ball and for the most part, have always played 2 years up. When my dad retired from the FDNY my family decided to leave New York and move to South Carolina. Now I am a 5’11” rising 8th grader and play on varsity at Cardinal Newman in Columbia, S.C. Besides loving basketball, I really value being a great student. I consider myself to be a workhorse in and out of the classroom. In the future, I would like to explore the fields of health science or veterinary care.
Lengthy combo guard that has a quick release with range beyond the arc. High IQ player that can shoot on and off the dribble with an uncanny ability to find an open teammate. Standing at 5’11” can also take her opponent inside for the mismatch and finish in multiple ways.
