I’m from Kaysville, Utah, and am a 2021 shooting guard. I go to Farmington High School and am extremely interested in the medical field. I hope to be a nurse someday. I am a CNA and am a part of a medical club called HOSA. These things interest me because I adore serving and helping people. I come from a big family, I have 5 siblings. One of our favorite things to do is being active. My family is a huge reason why I love basketball and sports in general so much. Before basketball became my number one sport I was a competitive swimmer. I was a state champion in over 10 events and was the IMX swimmer of the year for both the long course and short course season.. I also took 5th in the western United States in the zones championship swim meet in Maui, Hawaii.
People know me for being one of the best pure shooters in Utah but am also known for seeing the court really well. I attribute that to going to many years of point guard college and playing point guard from second grade all the way through junior high. I handle the ball as well as any point guard or better which allows me to drive very well and get inside. One of my greatest qualities is knowing how to handle pressure and staying very composed in intense situations. My background in high-level swimming has helped me develop this quality. Past and present coaches have told me I am a division one caliber player and am a natural-born scorer. They have also said My ability to shoot can change the course of a game in seconds. Last year I was region 5 MVP and was one of 4 finalists for state MVP as a junior. I have improved greatly since then.
